EULA - End User License Agreement

Jasob End-User License Agreement:
You may use this software only as described in this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you cannot install or use the software.

1. SOFTWARE
The capitalized term "Software" used below, refers to the Jasob computer software, any updates, modifications and upgrades to the Software that you may receive from time to time.

2. LICENSE GRANT
a) Trial Version:
You may use the Software without charge on an evaluation basis. You may give exact copies of the Software Trial Version to anyone. You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of the Software Trial Version itself. You must not represent in any way that you are selling the Software itself. You must distribute a copy of this license with any copy of the Software and anyone to whom you distribute the Software Trial Version is subject to this license. The Software Trial Version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder.

The obfuscated JavaScript code created by Software Trial Version is property of Genesis Mobile and it may be used for evaluation purposes only. To obtain full rights to the obfuscated JavaScript code you have to pay the license fee.

b) Full Version:
You must pay the license fee. The software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the Software, or any subset of the Software, except as provided for in this agreement. The Software license files may not be distributed outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder. You may not use the Software to perform any illegal purpose.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Genesis Mobile.

4. TERMINATION
Unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

5. NO WARRANTIES
The Software IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. GENESIS MOBILE AND/OR THE AUTHOR(S) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

6. COPYRIGHT
All copyrights to the Software are exclusively owned by Genesis Mobile.

7. MISCELLANEOUS
Installing and using the Software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the Software files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
